ortho postings

last month i had ortho postings..since i'm in this 'x' unit i had to arrive on time which is, by 9 we must all be in the trauma ward..ever since posted in this unit, my passion for ortho was huge..every night i will read only ortho books..on the net i'll google anything about ortho..even when i sleep i'll dream about ortho postings..people say that the teacher in my unit is very 'garang' and u must always follow wut he says..read only the books he tells u to read..

for 15 days we were with dr 3..he was nice..cool..and wut i respect most about him is that he is a surgeon at a very considerably young age..watching him do surgery was WOW!..u can't understand the feeling..

finally it was The day for us to meet our boss..that was for next 15 days classes with him..1st day he scolded us..he said we had rotten brain..next he said how did we pass 1st yr..basic Q we couldn't answer..next we failed to show up during "grand rounds"..which was a HUGE mistake..he had labelled us as people who are not interested..we were very sad..since we've tried our best to please him..we read ortho everyday..morning..night..in btwn classes..we didn't dare do anything else but read ortho..inspite of all our efforts he said we're useless..effortless..not interested..

then the day came where we gave the correct answer for the HW he gave us..he was OK with it but he kept asking us Q till we did'nt no the answer..but at least he saw our effort..he became more friendly but not that friendly..every now and then he will still scold us for anything wrong..
but he's our teacher..he scolded us for the right things..he pushed us to study more..think with our brains..he also pushed us to make full use of our clinical postings..

then our end posting came..usually they will take viva for us..fortunately boss was in a good mood..he did'nt take viva..our end postings was only showing him the HW he gave us-draw a diagram of dorsal digital expansion..he gave us his final class on claw hand..he also said that wut he did before was to guide us..he said we were intelligent people but directionless..he showed us the way..
