the wait

today was end posting viva for obg..the end of watching hysterectomy..c-section..babies..
owh how i'll miss it..obg posting this time was really interesting..yesterday we saw a huge ovarian tumour maybe around 8kg being removed..it was huge and heavy!!

anyways today my day was like torture..my name is considered as one of the early people in my group..so i thought my viva would end early..but the opposite happened..the pg who was supposed to take my viva came late..and she took viva around 15 minutes per person..

obviously u would think i had the advantage to read more since i had more time..but i was the last person and i hate being last..i'd like to just get over with it..the wait was torture..everyone was waving goodbye to me..one by one they went..and there i was waiting..hoping she'll finish my friends viva fast..

alas she finished..so was everyone else..i was the last person in that room with the pg..the first question she asked me was about twins..and everyword i came out with got jumbled up..clearly i did'nt read the topic..

i was on the verge of tears..i was disappointed with myself..with the waiting..everything i read got jumbled up..then she asked questions that i knew the answer..so i answered and tried to prove to her that i read ..and my effort was successful..claps to myself..
pulling of an all- nighter last night really did help me..

now going into medicine..why medicine?? other postings are far more interesting than medicine..
1 month to go to finish this final year..
