night in the dark

tonight was supposed to be my alone time..usually my saturday nights were spent together with my friends watching any movie which was showing that weekend..this weekend was "made of honor" and i had already watched it..

all my housemates went out for dinner at their usual place..they insisted me on joining them because they know that i liked to eat there too..and surprisingly i did'nt join them..that was because now i'm in the cooking mood..

i spent the evening cooking my favourite -mee pedas + kicap..no exact name for it coz it was some kind of an invention..put this and that and mix it all up...then u get something delicious!!

well..then around 7.15pm all my housemates went out..it was me alone and my ever so faithful laptop..i did'nt have anything to watch..so finally i borrowed azi's betty collection..she tried to make me watch it a long time ago..

then suddenly there was torrential rain outside..and the lights went out..blackout..no generator.. i went to the window and saw that everyone else were having electricity..so i called pakcik..he said there was something wrong with the house..

so i stayed alone in the dark for nearly 1 hour..i really hate the dark..i had nothing to do..laptop was out of battery..i should've joined them rather than staying home alone in the dark..

thank god i had my emergency light..it was my mom who forced me to buy it..that's why there there is a saying "mom knows best" coz they actually do..eventhough i'm so far away from home she still knows whats best for me..
