time flies by..

after looking back at all the old photos..i realize that it has been a long time away from home..now i can say 5 years of my life was spent in india..all the birthdays was celebrated here with my dear friends..time fly by so fast..

when i came here i was 20..now.. do the maths..my brother just started his secondary school when i came..now he's in matriculation..everyone has grown up so fast..my other brother was still doing his AUSMAT when i came here..now he's graduating this december..and i'm still stuck here..still not graduating..hmmm...

a lot has happened for the past 5 years..a lot has changed..friendship has grown..even the town of mangalore has changed a lot..this town seems to become more modern..i come to like it..everything is here..well not everything but still acceptable..i'm more adjusted to living here..i know where to pay the bills..can go out alone..i'm independent here..

but back home..i feel like i'm still 17..my parents treat me like their lil girl..i'm not allowed to drive alone eventhough i have a drivers license..not allowed to go out alone..still go out with my parents..have to come back at least by 4..i don't have my own set of keys..but my brothers get a lot of freedom..my youngest bro has even drove to alamanda..i like going out with family..but sometimes i wanna hangout with friends..

next year i'll be home for good..will be buying my own car..both me and my brother will be starting working life next year..so the house will be full again..hope my parents will be lenient with the rules imposed on me..its not like i'm going to do anything bad..i know how to take care of myself..heh.. i've been living in india for the past 5 years..so that proves something right??
