almost 2 months of becoming a HO in ortho..life is getting better but much more tense with the new boss around..he changed all the rules..making TDS rounds with him..having grand rounds where he will pick anyone to present the case to be discussed..scary...
now i have the confidence to drive myself to work..sometimes i can reach the hospital within 10 mins..it feels nice to work near home...everyday my mom will be at home waiting for me..nice to see someone who cares around..
have done 8 calls..5 more calls to go before it becomes obsolete since shift system will be starting this September..i'll be on call on the last day of on-call..hope we can manage with the shift system starting soon..
