sadly..on saturday we were waiting for a msg to tell "esok raya" but instead.."tok imam dah terawikh"..meaning raya is on monday..huhuhu..the raya spirit was gone..we had to fast for another day..which was on sunday...nothing much to do..since i've finished baking brownies on saturday..so i slept and slept waiting for waktu berbuka..
then the fun started..we went to ccd since there was nothing to do on raya eve..then went back and played bunga api and mercun..hehehe..i played the bunga api only..too scared to light up the mercun gasing and fountain..it was soooooo fun!!! felt like we were kids again..but we had to stop because it started to drizzle..
continued the pre-raya party upstairs..of course i like one thing and one thing only in anor's room..her keyboard..played some of my fav songs..then called the others of the "undecided" band to join me playing apologize making our own concert..haha..what a way to kill time..
then pagi raya..i could'nt sleep the night before..so right after subuh i made pancake..after all i promised them i'd make breakfast..so after solat raya we ate pancake at my house then everyone went back to dress up for raya..
this year raya was totally different..it was at the river where the river flows into the sea..the place was beautiful..i really liked it despite being the makcik dininghall ..it was because of the company i had and the view..i salute the organizer for choosing that place..it was a meaningful raya..we took pictures at the jetty which looked like as if we were really going to balik kampung at the riverside..
thanx to those for making this raya memorable..maybe this is our last raya together with friends..raya with friends isn't all that bad especially if you have great friends to spend it with..after this we'll be spending it with our family..hopefully there is one last time next year..
