almost 1 week has passed by..
me floating alone in the hospital..joining anyone who wants to go to lunch..some of my colleagues are ok..they teach me about all the protocols..forms..management..how to inform ot..reference..
one of them i really hate..the nurse informed me "dr..pt so n so GM (GRBS) is 2.6.."..i went to the pt..ask how he was doing..he looks ok..talking..no symptoms of hypoglycemia..so then i wrote in the cs sheet "informed by nurse GM 2.6, attended to pt stat..no symptoms of hypoglycemia"
ok it was still my 3rd day so i might of missed out some stuff..then another HO (4th poster) read my notes..and teros marah..she said "if GM 2.6 nak buat ape?? x nak ke amek repeat GM..xkan u tulis no symp of hypoglycemia je..ape die symp tu? giddiness je??tulis sume.."
kurang ajar nye pompuan!!at least u talk to me properly..say u should have done this..then pt was not at his bed..lg laa die nk salahkan aku..if anything terjadi..she told me to go n find the pt..then i found him in his bed..doing fine..sitting and watching tv..saying he feels ok..what more does she want..
i admit my mistake of not repeating the GM but tegur laa baik2..if i have repeated the same mistake many times then u can say like that..
here they are very closed minded..i am labelled as a "1ST POSTER"..a freshie who knows nothing..even when i want to present a case..they don't want to hear..when i go to OPD..MO shouted at me.."ape ko buat kat sini..dh laa tagger 1st poster..xtau nk present..g balik wad"..she didn't even give me a chance..
not just me..they treat all the 1st poster like that..my friend wanted to be posted in ED..they laughed..another girl wanted to assisst in OT..they said "ko gila ke??die xtau benda"..how can we learn if u have that kind of thinking??typical SR-JR realtionship..this is not school anymore..tolong jgn nk buat cam zaman sekolah dulu boley x??
seriously internship in india helped a lot..at least we learned the skills..sometimes when i compare here and there..indian ppl are much more better in teaching..if u have the knowledge u should teach..sometimes i think they know what they know because they have been doing the same thing for years..not because of they really know it..

eeee...rase nak nangis je dengar..takleh terima betol kene herdik dgn MO kat OPD tu.aku rase ade betol nye kot cakap ko.nobody will herdik,curse u if want to learn back in india.so far aku tak pernah dengar lagi la.seriously..

Adekah diorang tak pernah terpikir,they were once a junior.Aku respect mane2 senior yg boleh ajar juniors politely.

be strong n abaikan manusia x guna..at least srmbn ramai org ko kenal..aku sgt bersendirian jek..
