today i finished surgery posting..and its the best ever..i really love this posting despite the numerous dressings..the work load..the untimely surgeries..the back to back surgeries..etc...
the nursing staff
i really feel like crying..going to miss it a lot..everyone in the unit is nice..very helpful..very encouraging..putting their trust in me..the nursing staff are also very helpful..friendly..nice..gonna miss them a lot..they even gave me a small farewell party..so nice of them..
i told the patients that today was my last day..they were very surprised..they didn't want other interns to do their dressings..they said they like me doing it..awww...it makes me feel heartbroken..really gonna miss them..i want to know their progress..i have been treating them from day 1..i want to know their prognosis..seriously..i'm very2 sad leaving like this..
